About Me

Hi there, my name is Anat Gross, I'm an artist and a commercial photographer, also practicing Photo-Therapy.

My photography is largely spontaneous and informed by practices of street photography. As I wonder in cities and landscapes, I'm looking for the quiet motion that inserts the disruptions and imperfections into a narrative.

Whether I'm working on a commissioned project or moving through a city with no plan at all, I'm always looking for flow within the image.

As a photo-therapist, I'm using photography as a practice of presence and attention. A slow, embodied way of seeing, where images are interpreted and encountered and meaning is allowed to unfold in its own time.
